Men And Women
We want to make Jesus look glorious in the life of our church, our community, our world. Take part in displaying Him through one of our ministries.
Our men join together in times of study and fellowship together.
Our Women's Ministry's purpose is to equip the women of EUM to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ through Bible Study, prayer, and fellowship, thus enabling them to better serve our Lord, the world, and each other.
Men's Breakfast
All men and young fellows are invited to our monthly Men's Breakfast at Helen's Greentree Restaurant in Thorofare. Men from several area churches meet on the first Saturday of each month for breakfast (Dutch treat from the menu) and fellowship, with a brief devotional time. We meet in the side room of the restaurant at 8:00am and the breakfast usually lasts about an hour.
Annual Men's Dinner
Each Spring the Promise Keepers Bible study group sponsors an annual men's covered dish dinner. This is a great time for the men to get together for fellowship and to become better acquainted with each other.
Promise Keepers Bible Study
This Bible study group meets every Thursday evening throughout the year at 7:00pm at the church for prayer and Bible study. We welcome any man who would like to be involved in this study in order to strengthen his faith.
Women's Bible Study
On Tuesday nights each week a Women’s Bible Study group meets to study God’s word. On the first and third Tuesday of each month at 10:00 am there is a morning Bible study. If there is a fifth Tuesday in the month they meet for an Hour of Prayer. Contact persons are Linda Turk and Bette Fisher.
Joy Circle
Meets in the Harvest Room at the church on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at noon.
Chit Chat's
Meets at the church on the 1st Friday night of each month at 7:30 PM.
Friendship Ring
Meets in the homes of various members on the 4th Friday night of each month at 7:30 PM.
Seekers Circle
Meets at the Harrison House Diner on the 3rd Saturday morning of the month at 8:30am.
Creative Hands
Creative hands is a group that meets monthly on the 2nd Friday in the church’s Fellowship Hall from 6:00pm-11:00pm. They spend time together working on scrap booking or other craft projects. Contact persons are Sherry Gaventa or Judy Frett.
Women Of Faith
Each year a group of our women attend the Women of Faith Conference in Philadelphia.
Annual Retreats
Throughout the year at various times our women go away on retreat together. It is a bonding time of fellowship with one another and with the Lord.
