Pastor Gary holds the A.B. degree from Asbury College and the Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary, in Wilmore, Kentucky. He is an ordained Elder in the Greater New Jersey Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church. Prior to being appointed to Evangelical United Methodist Church, in June of 1976, he was pastor of the Lumberton United Methodist Church in Lumberton, NJ.

Pastor Gary serves as chairperson of the East Greenwich Ministerial and is a member of the Delanco Camp Board of Directors. He has led mission work teams to Webster Springs, WV, and group tours to the Holy Land and Middle East.

Pastor Gary and his wife, Linda, have been married for more than 30 years. They have four children, Heather (married to Charles Wilson), Cheryl, Gary Jr. (married to Holly Weidner Turk), and Rebecca, deceased. They also have three grandchildren.

The focus of Pastor Gary’s ministry is to faithfully proclaim the word of God that individuals will come into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and that believers will grow in their walk with the Lord.

David graduated from Philadelphia Biblical University in May of 2009 with a B.S. in Bible and a concentration in Youth Ministries. Prior to coming on board at Evangelical UMC in July of 2009, David served for four years at the youth ministry in Mantua's United Methodist Church.

David's family includes his father David, mother Peggy, and two sisters Paige and Stefanie.

David enjoys working with the different music ministries in the church, and plays guitar for many of them. He also loves to do graphic, web, and video design and put them to use for church purposes.

David's focus is to do all kinds of ministry, whether it be youth, adult, college, etc. - where Jesus Christ is seen as a treasure above everything else in life.
